Hear from Our Customers
You’re not looking for just any photographer. You need someone who gets it right the first time, makes you comfortable in front of the camera, and delivers images that actually serve a purpose.
That means headshots that work across your website, LinkedIn, and marketing materials. Corporate photos that look polished without feeling stiff. Commercial images that communicate what you do clearly and professionally.
The result is simple: you stop worrying about how you look in photos. You have current, high-quality images ready when you need them. And you’re not scrambling last minute because your old headshot is five years outdated or doesn’t match your brand anymore.
We’ve been creating images for businesses and professionals since 1974. That’s over 50 years of working with corporate clients, advertising agencies, and individuals who need photography that works.
Crosby and the greater Houston area have changed a lot in that time. What hasn’t changed is the need for photographers who understand lighting, composition, and how to make people feel at ease. You’re working with someone who learned photography before digital existed—when getting it right in-camera was the only option.
That foundation matters. It means fewer retakes, less wasted time, and images that hold up because they were done right from the start.
First, you’ll talk through what you actually need. Not a vague “I need headshots,” but what the images are for, where they’ll be used, and what kind of impression you’re trying to make. That conversation shapes everything else.
Then comes the shoot itself. Whether it’s at your office, on location in Crosby, or in the studio, you’ll get direction on posing, expression, and how to look natural without forcing it. Most people feel awkward on camera—that’s normal. Our job is to work through that so you end up with images that look like you on a good day, not some stiff corporate cutout.
After the shoot, you’ll review the images and select what works. Retouching is handled professionally—enough to look polished, not so much that you’re unrecognizable. Then you get your final files in the formats you need, ready to use wherever you need them.
Ready to get started?
You’re getting more than someone who shows up with a camera. This is a full photography service that covers corporate headshots, team photos, commercial imagery for marketing, and professional portraits for executives and business owners.
Crosby sits right in the heart of the Houston metro area, where industries like oil and gas, manufacturing, and professional services drive the local economy. That means you need images that reflect the caliber of work happening here—not generic stock photos or smartphone snapshots.
Every session includes consultation before the shoot, professional direction during, and post-production work after. You’ll also get multiple file formats so your images work on your website, print materials, social media, and anywhere else you need them. If you’re working with a designer or marketing team, coordination with them is part of the process too.
The goal is straightforward: you walk away with images you’ll actually use, delivered on time and without the runaround.
Most headshot sessions take 30 to 45 minutes. That includes time to adjust lighting, try a few different looks or backgrounds, and make sure you’re comfortable.
If you’re booking team photos or larger commercial work, plan for one to two hours depending on how many people are involved and how many setups you need. The more complex the shoot, the more time it takes to get everything right.
You won’t be rushed. The goal is to leave with images that work, not to cram everything into the shortest time possible. If something isn’t working, we’ll adjust and reshoot until it does.
Wear what you’d wear to an important meeting or client presentation. Solid colors usually work better than busy patterns, and you want to avoid anything too trendy that’ll look dated in a year.
Think about where these images will be used. If it’s for LinkedIn or your company website, business attire makes sense. If it’s for a creative portfolio or personal brand, you have more flexibility.
Bring a couple of options if you’re unsure. You can always try both and see what looks better on camera. The main thing is that you feel like yourself—not like you’re wearing a costume.
Both. Some clients prefer the studio because it’s controlled—consistent lighting, clean backgrounds, no weather issues. Others want photos at their office or job site because it adds context and shows what they actually do.
Crosby has plenty of industrial and commercial locations that work well for on-site photography. If your work involves equipment, facilities, or a specific environment, shooting on location often makes more sense than a generic studio backdrop.
Either way, the lighting and setup travel with the shoot. You’re getting the same level of quality whether it’s in the studio or at your office on Highway 90.
You’ll typically get a proof gallery within three to five business days. That’s where you’ll review the images and select which ones you want retouched and finalized.
Once you’ve made your selections, final edited images are usually delivered within another week. If you’re on a tight deadline, let us know upfront—rush turnaround can be arranged when needed.
You’ll receive high-resolution files ready for print and web-optimized versions for online use. Everything is delivered digitally, and you’ll have full rights to use the images for your business and marketing.
Most people aren’t. That’s completely normal, and it’s part of our job to work through it. You’ll get direction on where to look, how to stand, and how to relax your expression so you don’t look stiff or forced.
The first few shots are usually the most awkward. Once you get past that initial discomfort and see what’s working, it gets easier. You’re not expected to be a model—you’re expected to look like a professional who knows what they’re doing.
If something feels off or you’re not happy with how the images are turning out, speak up. Adjustments get made in real time so you leave with photos you’re confident using.
Pricing depends on what you need. A straightforward headshot session is different from a half-day commercial shoot with multiple setups and locations.
For individual headshots, expect to invest a few hundred dollars. Larger projects involving team photos, on-location work, or commercial imagery will cost more based on time, complexity, and deliverables.
You’ll get a clear quote upfront based on your specific needs—no surprises or hidden fees. The investment covers the session itself, professional retouching, and high-resolution files you can use wherever you need them. You’re paying for experience, quality, and images that actually work for your business.
