Most individual headshot sessions take 30 to 45 minutes from start to finish. That includes time to adjust lighting, try a few different looks or backgrounds, and review images together.
If you’re booking for a team or corporate group, plan for about 15-20 minutes per person once we’re set up. The first person takes a bit longer because we’re dialing in the lighting and backdrop, but after that, it moves quickly.
You’re not rushed, but you’re also not sitting around for hours. The goal is to get you in, get great shots, and get you back to your day. If you need more time or want to explore multiple setups, just let us know upfront and we’ll build that into the schedule.
Wear what you’d wear to an important meeting or client presentation. Solid colors tend to photograph better than busy patterns, and darker tones often look more polished on camera.

Corporate or commercial projects—like team headshots, product photography, or event coverage—are usually quoted based on scope. If you need 20 employee headshots, that’s priced differently than a single executive portrait. Same goes for on-location shoots versus in-studio work.
There are no hidden fees for basic retouching or file delivery. You’ll know the cost upfront. If you want extensive retouching, additional setups, or rush delivery, those are add-ons we can discuss before booking. The goal is transparency, not surprise charges after the fact.

You’ll typically receive your edited, high-resolution images within 3 to 5 business days. If you have a specific deadline—like a conference, website launch, or publication date—let us know upfront and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate it.
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need images within 24 to 48 hours. That’s not uncommon for time-sensitive projects or last-minute updates.
All files are delivered digitally via download link or cloud transfer, so you don’t have to wait for anything in the mail. You’ll get full-resolution files ready for print and web-optimized versions for faster loading on websites and social media.
